Role overview
The Data Analyst II will work on requirement gathering, designing and implementing EDWH/Data Lake data flows, preparing and modelling data, and supporting dashboard development to surface KPIs and insights.
Responsibilities
- Interact with business stakeholders to collect requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design and implement data ingestion and transformation flows on EDWH or Data Lake systems.
- Prepare and clean data to ensure consistent analysis inputs.
- Apply data quality techniques and controls.
- Develop data models and data marts tailored to business needs.
- Cooperate with visualization experts to deliver clear dashboards and reports.
Requirements
- Knowledge of the Italian language is required.
- Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related discipline.
- At least 2 years’ experience in EDWH transformation, modelling and analysis (Azure Synapse or Teradata preferred).
- Experience with Databricks or Snowflake considered a plus.
- Strong SQL skills and understanding of data modelling; Power BI is a plus.
- Good knowledge of Python.
- Familiarity with insurance, telco, banking or utility business processes is advantageous.
- Ability to map business requirements into KPIs and keep stakeholders aligned.
Additional information
Salary (RAL): €36,000 - €48,500.
Work mode: Hybrid (office in Catania). Applicants must be based in European time zones (CEST or similar).

Requisiti
Knowledge of Italian; degree in relevant field; minimum 2 years EDWH experience; SQL and Python skills; Databricks/Snowflake and Power BI are pluses; domain experience in insurance/telco/banking/utilities helpful.
