Descrizione della Posizione Lavorativa
Join our team as a Data Center Technician in Aversa, Italy. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will support critical infrastructure at world-class data center facilities.
Compensation: €42,000-55,000 per year (EUR).

Work schedule
The role is a full-time permanent position with standard business hours, an on-call rotation and shift differentials that apply for nights and weekends when required.
Key responsibilities
- Install, configure and maintain server and network equipment
- Perform structured cabling tasks for copper and fiber optic systems
- Execute hardware deployments and decommissions (rack & stack)
- Monitor environmental systems including power, cooling and security
- Respond to incidents and carry out troubleshooting
- Maintain accurate documentation and asset tracking
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams
- Participate in capacity planning and infrastructure upgrades
Requirements and preferred qualifications
- Minimum: 3+ years of data center operations experience
- Expert cabling skills (Cat6/6a, OM3/OM4/OS2 fiber)
- Experience with rack & stack operations and hardware handling
- Understanding of power distribution and UPS systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in demanding environments
- Preferred: data center certifications (CDCP, CDCS, CDCE); vendor certifications (Dell, HPE, Cisco); network certifications (CCNA, JNCIA); experience with DCIM platforms; knowledge of ITIL practices
