About Experimental

Experimental is known for pioneering cocktail bar culture since 2007 and has grown into a group of innovative cocktail bars and boutique hotels across Europe and beyond. Destinations include major capitals and seasonal locations, and the group continues to open new venues.

About Experimental Roma

Opening in mid-2026 on Via Ludovisi near Via Veneto, Experimental Roma will occupy a converted former bank redesigned by Rodolphe Parente to capture the spirit of la dolce vita—elegant and timeless. The hotel will offer 82 rooms, a restaurant, a bar and a rooftop with a suspended pool and sweeping views of Rome. Join the opening team where creativity and hospitality meet.
