Check and verify numerical data, postings and documentation for correct input, mathematical accuracy and appropriate coding. Organize, secure and maintain files, records, cash and cash equivalents according to company procedures.
Record and manage computerized financial information, keeping accurate electronic spreadsheets for accounting and financial data. Classify, code and summarise numerical and financial information using journals, ledgers or computer systems to maintain complete financial records.
Prepare and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing or payroll reports and tables. Perform period-end closing activities and prepare related reports as required. Prepare, review, reconcile and issue bills, invoices and account statements following company policy.
Adhere to company standards: follow all policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets. Safeguard the privacy and security of guests and colleagues.
Guest and internal communication: respond to guest service needs in a professional, timely and positive way. Communicate clearly with others in person and in writing; answer phones and emails using appropriate etiquette.
Physical and team responsibilities: move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance. Build and maintain positive working relationships, support the team in achieving shared goals, listen and respond appropriately to coworkers' concerns, and perform other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors.
