About the role

We are hiring a Staff Product Manager, AI to define how Hostaway adopts AI across the product. This role is ideal for someone passionate about AI, familiar with how modern AI products are built, and able to take a platform view to establish foundations other teams will use. You do not need to be a data scientist or ML engineer, but you should be comfortable with concepts such as LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, tool calling, agents, model tradeoffs, and AI evaluation.

What you will do

• Own the roadmap for Hostaway’s AI platform foundations: shared capabilities, tools and standards for other teams.
• Run continuous discovery with technical and product stakeholders to target high-leverage shared investments.
• Identify AI opportunities that deliver meaningful customer and business value across Hostaway’s product ecosystem.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data and customer-facing teams to convert opportunities into shippable initiatives.
• Coach and guide other Product Managers on practical, high-value AI use cases and help them avoid low-value features.
• Translate customer and stakeholder needs into reusable AI capabilities (prompting, RAG, tool calling, agents, evaluation, observability, safety, cost management).
• Prioritize AI investments by customer impact, team needs, technical feasibility, cost, reliability and scalability.
• Define how success, quality and reliability are measured for AI-powered features and platform capabilities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, preferably with B2B SaaS, platform products or complex workflow products.
• Strong practical knowledge of AI product concepts: LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, tool calling, agents, model tradeoffs, evaluation, cost, reliability and latency. (Data scientist or ML engineer background is not required.)
• Ability to turn customer and stakeholder needs into reusable AI capabilities while keeping focus on end-customer value.
• Excellent product judgment to connect AI opportunities to real customer problems and business value.
• Demonstrated ability to influence Product Managers, engineers and senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong communication skills, an AI-native mindset and comfort working in fast-changing, ambiguous contexts.
• Must be physically based in the EMEA region.

Requisiti
