We are seeking a Key Account Manager to drive business development for solar inverters and PCS in the Italian market. The ideal candidate will already have established relationships with local solar IPPs, developers, investors and similar stakeholders.
- Develop new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing IPPs, developers, investors and other relevant clients.
- Manage key accounts with regular on-site visits and ongoing relationship maintenance.
- Represent the company at conferences, trade fairs and events organized by solar and photovoltaic associations.
- Define sales strategies to meet sales targets and improve company profitability.
- Develop marketing initiatives and cultivate customer resources to expand business opportunities.
- Provide periodic sales forecasts, reports and market research to support planning and decision-making.
- Offer technical consulting to IPPs, developers and investors as a solutions provider.
Location: Lecce, LE, Italia.
Qualifications and requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience within the mentioned customer categories (IPPs, developers, investors).
- Strong network and relationships with solar IPPs, developers and investors in Italy.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently.
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
Requisiti
Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the solar/IPP/developer/investor segments; strong network with solar IPPs, developers and investors in Italy; Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or related field; excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills; self-motivated and target-driven; fluent in English (spoken and written).
