Your mission: be the open door that transforms The Social Hub Lavagnini into a must‑visit city hotspot for events, talks, film nights, exhibitions and parties. As Connector Intern you will give the building a purpose by creating memorable experiences, connections and stories for our guests and community.

About The Social Hub: known for breaking the rules of traditional hospitality, TSH is a creative, playful and inspiring environment where people can live, work, learn and socialise. We combine elements of student housing, short‑ and long‑stay hotels, gyms, talks, events, rooftop bars, restaurants and coworking to build a hybrid hospitality concept operating across Europe and expanding globally.

What you'll do

• Actively connect our semester residents, coworking members, hotel and extended‑stay guests to build community engagement.
• Support the planning and execution of a continuous programme of events for our internal community.
• Act as one of the local points of contact for events and community activations, acting as the eyes and ears of the community.
• Develop and maintain partner relationships to populate the annual events calendar with on‑trend, recurring activities that appeal to our community.
• Regularly host and liaise with local student ambassadors to keep them engaged and involved.
• Create, collect and deliver digital content (text, video and images) following marketing briefs.
• Own and manage the local TSH social channels, operating within brand guidelines.
• Attend and contribute to local networking events as a TSH representative.

Who you are

• Enrolled in an EU university/school for the entire duration of the internship.
• Outgoing and confident with the ability to perform in front of an audience.
• A natural connector who enjoys being around people and building relationships.
• Professional and responsible, capable of working independently in a fast‑paced, sometimes chaotic environment.
• Social, flexible, highly motivated and with a good sense of humour.
• Visionary with ideas to grow the company’s connector strategy.
• Highly communicative with an entrepreneurial spirit; calm under pressure and exceptionally organised.
• Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.

Requisiti

Be enrolled in an EU university/school for the whole internship period; fluent in English and Italian; outgoing, highly organised, independent, excellent communicator and comfortable presenting and networking. Additional languages are a plus.
