About Palazzo Tornabuoni and Fingen Group: Located in the centre of Florence, Palazzo Tornabuoni is a restored 15th-century Renaissance palace operating as the city’s first exclusive Private Residence Club. The property is managed by Fingen Group, a leading Italian retail and real estate operator known for creating prestigious, design-driven destinations that combine excellence and Italian style.
Role and responsibilities
- Assist with member and guest transportation, coordinating transfers when required.
- Welcome members and guests, helping with luggage on arrival and departure.
- Manage errands, parcels and shopping bags and deliver groceries to members and guests.
- Support the setup of events as needed.
- Keep the entrance and luggage storage areas clean and orderly and provide assistance at the Reception/Concierge desk, offering personalised recommendations to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
Requirements
- Valid driving licence is required.
- Must have the legal right to work in Italy at the time of application.
- Previous experience is preferred, ideally in luxury hospitality.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory.
