Your mission is to bring positive energy to guests and ensure smooth, friendly service across the dining area, bar and kitchen. You will welcome visitors, take orders, serve food and drinks, and support colleagues to maintain a lively, well-run environment.

About the company

The Social Hub is a hybrid hospitality concept offering accommodation, coworking, events, bars and restaurants across Europe. Founded in 2012 and headquartered in Amsterdam, TSH operates many locations and creates social, creative spaces where guests and staff can work, stay, learn and play.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and make them feel comfortable from arrival.
• Take orders and serve dishes, offering confident menu recommendations.
• Keep the dining floor organised and anticipate needs before they are requested.
• Communicate clearly with bar and kitchen to ensure timely, correct service.
• Resolve questions and minor issues calmly and politely.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and ready station.
• Support teammates during busy periods to create a strong team rhythm.

Requirements

• Typically 1–2 years of restaurant or hospitality experience, or strong eagerness to learn.
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in connecting with people.
• Ability to multitask under pressure while staying composed.
• Fluent English and Italian; additional languages are an advantage.
• A clean, professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Requisiti
