Evoca Group is a leading global manufacturer of professional coffee and vending machines with over 90 years of experience. Its diverse brand portfolio supplies nearly 10,000 customers across hotels, restaurants, offices and public spaces.

We are seeking a Digital Product Manager to serve as a connecting point among markets, internal teams and external technology partners, helping to define, develop and manage the lifecycle of integrated digital services embedded in our products.

Responsibilities

• Digital product & service management: contribute to the digital product strategy for telemetry, connectivity platforms and cashless payments; manage digital service lifecycles including maintenance, evolution and new features; support definition of integrated digital services within hardware and software ecosystems.
• Market & customer insight: perform market and competitive analysis on digital services, IoT platforms and payment technologies; translate market needs into functional requirements; collaborate with regional markets to capture customer expectations and new opportunities.
• Business & R&D alignment: act as the primary interface between markets and R&D for digital service requirements; convert business needs into product and technical specifications; support definition of digital architectures and integration requirements.
• User experience & service design: contribute to UX/UI definition for digital services and applications; support user-journey mapping and service design to enhance digital interactions across the product ecosystem.
• Partner & vendor management: act as first point of contact for external technology partners; collaborate to define technical specifications, integration requirements and service capabilities.

Candidate requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Digital Technologies, Business or a related field.
• Languages: fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).
• Experience: minimum 3+ years in digital product management, service management or similar roles.
• Practical experience with digital platforms, connected products or IoT ecosystems and with collaborating alongside technical teams and external technology partners.

Nice to have

• Experience with IoT architectures, telemetry data management and connected devices in industrial or B2B contexts.
• Understanding of cybersecurity and data privacy principles for connected services.
• Experience in international environments and prior exposure to manufacturing, industrial or food & beverage sectors.

Requisiti
