Your mission, if you accept it: As the Night Front Office Host you are the composed, confident presence who keeps the hotel functioning while the city sleeps. You welcome late arrivals with warmth, help guests settle in and ensure the night feels safe and pleasant. You are responsible for the overnight lobby area, handling check-ins, guest queries and any unexpected situations that arise between late hours and dawn.

What you will do
- Welcome late-night guests and create a safe, relaxed atmosphere
- Carry out check-ins, process payments, complete reports and follow night procedures accurately
- Maintain the lobby clean, organised and comfortable throughout the night
- Assist guests with queries, special requests and any unexpected issues
- Monitor the building and report anything unusual or urgent
- Prepare morning handovers and share relevant guest information with the day team
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance when necessary
- Promote The Social Hub spaces and experiences to guests when relevant
What you will have
- Between 1 and 3 years of experience in hospitality or a similar guest-facing role
- A calm, friendly presence that makes guests feel secure during night hours
- Comfort and availability to work regular night shifts
- Proactivity, reliability and the ability to solve issues independently
- The ability to stay consistent and composed during quiet and busy periods
- Familiarity with digital systems such as PMS, kiosks and messaging tools
- Clear communication in English and Italian
- Team-player attitude and the habit of giving clear handovers to support smooth operations

Starting salary: 25.255,14€ gross per year

Requisiti
1-3 years of experience in hospitality or similar guest-facing role; ability to work regular night shifts; proactive and reliable with independent problem-solving skills; comfortable using digital PMS/kiosk/messaging systems; fluent in English and Italian.
