Jobtailor is looking for a junior financial analyst to join its Agency team based in Rome (RM), Italy. The role involves assisting with the operational management of financing transactions and ensuring high standards of portfolio data quality.
- Support day-to-day management of financing transactions, including administration and record keeping in the management system.
- Assist onboarding of new mandates, ensuring all necessary information is collected and entered correctly.
- Maintain and update transaction records within the management platform to guarantee accurate portfolio data.
- Support drawdowns and repayments processes to facilitate timely flows.
- Act as a point of contact with lenders, borrowers and legal advisors to coordinate transactional activities and resolve queries.
The position requires fluent Italian and English language skills and strong Excel abilities to manage and analyse transaction and portfolio data effectively.
Requisiti
Junior-level financial analyst. Fluent in Italian and English. Strong Excel skills. Ability to maintain accurate transaction records, support drawdowns/repayments and liaise with lenders, borrowers and legal advisors. Based in Rome, RM, Italy.Competenze richieste
