Position summary: This role focuses on creating memorable dining experiences where food and drinks complement exceptional service. The Guest Service Expert proactively delivers a variety of tasks to ensure guests enjoy their visit.

  • Set and prepare tables and maintain presentation standards.
  • Communicate with the kitchen to coordinate orders and service timing.
  • Interact with and serve guests, making each transaction feel part of the overall experience.
  • Clean and restock work areas and supplies to preserve hygiene and efficiency.

Key operational expectations: employees must help create a safe workplace, follow company policies and procedures, maintain quality standards, and present a professional uniform, appearance and communication at all times.

Physical demands and work style: role involves being on your feet and moving frequently (standing, sitting or walking for extended periods; navigating uneven or slippery surfaces). You will visually check and manage the menu, and perform hands-on tasks that include lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling and reaching overhead and below knee level (bending, twisting and stooping).

Preferred qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Related work experience: less than 1 year.
  • Supervisory experience: none required.
  • License or certification: none required.

Requisiti
