Role overview
As a Talent & Culture Intern you will help build and maintain a positive workplace environment and assist with initiatives that support the development and engagement of team members. The internship offers exposure to a wide range of HR and people-focused activities within a luxury hospitality setting.
Key responsibilities
- Publish job adverts and manage candidate sourcing.
- Screen applications and conduct initial interviews for interns.
- Support the team at local career fairs and recruitment events.
- Help organise social initiatives and employee engagement activities.
- Contribute to the monthly team enrichment and celebration programme.
- Support the coordination and logistics of mandatory and quality training sessions, including follow-up activities.
- Manage documentation and employee filing systems.
- Prepare presentations and departmental materials.
- Assist with staff accommodation arrangements and maintain employee records.

Qualifications and requirements
- Previous experience in a luxury hospitality environment is a plus.
- A Master’s degree or equivalent in Hospitality or Human Resources Management is considered advantageous.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
- Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of Italian is also required.

Requisiti
Previous experience in luxury hospitality is a plus; a Master’s degree in Hospitality or HR is considered advantageous.
