Our goal is to create memorable, authentic guest experiences, where food and drinks complement the moment. As a Guest Service Support Expert at The Excelsior you will proactively ensure that food & beverage operations run without issues by providing practical support across the outlets.
Work environment and standards: you must follow company procedures, maintain a safe workplace, uphold quality standards and present a professional uniform and appearance at all times.
This role requires substantial on-your-feet activity and movement (standing, walking for extended periods; working on sloping, uneven or possibly slippery surfaces). You will need to read and visually verify menu information and perform hands-on tasks: move, lift, carry, push and pull objects up to 25 pounds (approx. 11 kg) alone and up to 50 pounds (approx. 22 kg) with assistance; reach overhead and below the knees, bend, twist, pull and stoop as needed.
