Role overview: As a Team Leader you will set the standard by example, ensuring the team have what they need so each shift runs smoothly and customers leave happy. You will support the management team and step in when required to resolve issues.

Key responsibilities

• Lead by example and deliver a warm, memorable customer experience every time.
• Deputise for management and handle issues that arise during their absence.
• Organise and coordinate the team during busy shifts to ensure smooth service.
• Ensure the bar is safe, legally compliant and clean, dealing promptly and safely with any problems.
