About Us

Famous for introducing cocktail bar culture to Paris in 2007, Experimental reshaped hospitality with creative cocktail bars and boutique hotels across Europe and beyond. Over time the brand expanded from major capitals such as Rome, Paris and London to seasonal destinations like Comporta, Ibiza and Menorca in summer and ski resorts such as Verbier and Val d’Isère in winter, with additional venues in Porto, Venice, New York, Biarritz and the Cotswolds.

About Experimental Roma

Opening in October 2026 on Via Ludovisi, just off the legendary Via Veneto, Experimental Roma will be an energetic and cinematic new destination. Set in a former bank and redesigned by Rodolphe Parente, the hotel will embody la dolce vita: elegant, timeless and unmistakably Italian. The property will include 82 rooms, a restaurant, a bar and a spectacular rooftop with a suspended pool overlooking Rome.

About the Role

As a Runner you will support smooth service between kitchen and dining room and assist the team in all stages of service. Your responsibilities include:

  • Delivering dishes from the kitchen to the dining area and acting as the liaison between the chef de rang and the kitchen,
  • Preparing trays, sideboards and room service trays before service,
  • Delivering room service trays to guest rooms,
  • Completing end-of-service tasks: cleaning, organising and preparing for the next service,
  • Maintaining work areas in optimal condition regarding cleanliness, upkeep and functionality,
  • Supporting effective communication between kitchen and dining teams by responding promptly to needs,
  • Ensuring guest satisfaction through timely service and professional conduct in the dining room.

About You

You are dynamic, organised and attentive to detail. You work discreetly yet efficiently and have a genuine passion for the hospitality and restaurant industry. You are available to work evenings, weekends and public holidays. You communicate easily with colleagues and guests, using professional language in both Italian and English.

Requisiti

Good communication skills in Italian and English; availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays; dynamic, organised and detail-oriented approach to service.
