Five‑star hotel on Garda Lake, part of an international chain, is looking for a Food & Beverage Manager.

Reporting to the General Manager, the incumbent is responsible for ensuring that both long‑term and short‑term objectives for all Food & Beverage operations are achieved. The role directs and manages all F&B activities to maximise revenue, profitability and product/service quality by developing and implementing marketing and up‑selling initiatives, controlling costs and guaranteeing high standards of guest service. All tasks must be performed in line with the hotel’s guidelines and business plan, the division’s targets, corporate procedures and service concepts.

Minimum requirements:

  • At least 3 years in the same role
  • Fluent in English and Italian (German is a plus)
  • Experience in a 5‑star hotel

Requisiti
