Position summary
The trainee will join the Front Office team and be trained to carry out key reception duties. Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming and assisting guests on arrival and during their stay
- Supporting room assignments and handling check-in/check-out procedures
- Managing reservations and related documentation
- Providing information and assistance to guests
- Answering and managing telephone enquiries
- Helping to process guest requests and resolving complaints
- Carrying out basic administrative tasks and record keeping
- Communicating with other hotel departments to fulfil guest needs
Requirements
- Good communication skills
- A customer-focused attitude
- Basic knowledge of English (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
