Experteer Italy is seeking a professional to lead a product line from strategic planning through market success within the Brake and Drivetrain team. The role requires shaping pricing, promotions and marketing approaches while delivering solutions that can be scaled across different markets.
- Lead product strategy and bring products to market ensuring clear commercial objectives.
- Define pricing and promotional plans that support profitability targets.
- Develop marketing strategy aligned with product positioning and market needs.
- Ensure scalable solutions usable across diverse geographic markets and customer segments.
- Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams and colleagues in different regions to deliver results focused on customer value and profitability.
Ideal candidates hold a degree in Marketing or a related discipline and have prior supervisory experience. Proven ability to manage a product lifecycle, work across functions and drive commercial outcomes is expected.
