OPIS, a Dow Jones company, is a leading source of petroleum pricing and news. The organization provides real-time and historical prices and market intelligence across refined products, renewable fuels and natural gas/LPG, supporting customers and companies aiming for carbon-neutral goals.

Responsabilities

You will be accountable for leading, organizing, motivating and managing a geographically distributed team using Agile practices to deliver high-quality products that meet defined success criteria. You will report to the Project Management Director.

In this role you will frequently cover multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment, acting as a business analyst, scrum master, software tester, liaison, data analyst, product manager, coach and project manager depending on needs.

Your expertise

• Required: At least 2+ years in Project Manager or Scrum Master roles.
• Experience managing projects in an Agile environment and a solid grasp of Agile project management principles, with the ability to adapt them to new business contexts.
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams, providing daily feedback to foster growth.
• History of facilitating, mentoring, collaborating and building Agile teams.

We would also welcome information about any of the following:

• Relevant degrees, certifications or awards.
• Project management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Workfront, Rally, Clarizen, Asana.
• Flow diagramming tools like Lucidchart or Visio.
• UX/UI mockup and prototyping tools such as Balsamiq, Sketch, PowerPoint.
• Experience maintaining team and divisional metrics that support high performance.

Requisiti
