As a Front Office Host you are the first friendly face guests meet and the person they remember after their stay. You create a welcoming atmosphere from arrival to departure, moving between the reception desk and the lobby to keep the space lively, approachable and easy to use. You share local tips, connect guests with events and experiences, and add those small personalised touches that make a stay memorable.

What you will do
- Greet guests warmly and create a positive first impression
- Support check-ins, payments and guide guests through kiosks
- Keep the lobby tidy, inviting and energetic
- Provide local recommendations and link guests to on-site events, restaurants and activities
- Handle bookings for activities and dining when needed
- Collect and share guest feedback with the team to improve experiences
- Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and Maintenance to ensure smooth operations
- Promote TSH outlets and identify opportunities to upsell services
What we expect from you
- Between 1–3 years of experience in hospitality or another guest-facing role
- An energetic, welcoming attitude that helps guests feel at home
- Ability to multitask while remaining friendly and professional
- A proactive approach and a knack for turning small moments into memorable experiences
- Comfortable using digital tools such as PMS, kiosks and guest messaging apps
- Clear communication skills in English and Italian
- Team-oriented and able to stay calm and confident during busy periods

Requisiti
1–3 years di esperienza in ruoli a contatto con il pubblico nel settore dell'ospitalità; dimestichezza con strumenti digitali (PMS, chioschi, app di messaggistica per ospiti); ottima padronanza di inglese e italiano; attitudine proattiva e capacità di lavorare in squadra durante i picchi di attività.
