Role overview: You will independently source candidates for open positions across the company worldwide, with a primary focus on Europe. You will present and submit candidates to clients for their selection process and quickly identify which candidates best fit each role, being able to convincingly offer the right opportunity to each candidate.

Key activities:

  • Source candidates using your own channels and networks as baseline.
  • Present candidates to clients and manage the selection submissions.
  • Match candidates to roles efficiently and sell the right role to the right person.
  • Take part in weekly coordination and best-practice exchange meetings with the team.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably with freelance exposure.
  • No formal sourcing training required — you already know how to find and engage candidates.
  • Proven ability to source independently using your own tools and channels (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, niche communities, databases, referrals).
  • Multilingual: Italian and English.
  • Willingness to work on a commission-based model per hire.

Requisiti

Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience (preferably freelance); proven independent sourcing using own tools and channels; fluent in Italian and English; willing to work on a commission-per-hire model.
