About Experimental Roma

Opening in mid-2026 on Via Ludovisi, just off the famous Via Veneto, Experimental Roma will be a lively and cinematic new destination. The hotel, set in a former bank and redesigned by Rodolphe Parente, captures the spirit of la dolce vita — elegant, timeless and unmistakably Italian. The property will offer 82 rooms, a restaurant, a bar and a rooftop with a suspended pool that provides stunning views over Rome. About the role

We are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to uphold high service standards and ensure guest satisfaction. You will lead the housekeeping team and make sure all guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the hotel’s standards.

Responsibilities

Team management and supervision

  • Train and oversee the housekeeping team responsible for guest rooms and public areas.
  • Plan and organise work schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Supervise daily activities to maintain high cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Carry out performance reviews and give constructive feedback to foster improvement.
  • Promote a positive and motivating working atmosphere.

Quality assurance

  • Regularly inspect guest rooms and public spaces to verify compliance with hotel standards.
  • Attend to special guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Implement and maintain strict cleaning protocols to guarantee cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Ensure rooms are fully prepared and ready for guest arrivals.

Inventory and supplies management

  • Manage inventories of cleaning materials and housekeeping supplies.
  • Order necessary stock while respecting the allocated budget.

Coordination with other departments

  • Work with the Front Office to ensure clear communication about room status.
  • Liaise with Maintenance to report and follow up on repairs and technical issues.

Safety and compliance

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety rules concerning chemicals and equipment.
  • Train staff on safety procedures and ensure adherence.
  • Keep accurate records of cleaning activities and safety inspections.

About you

You are passionate about hospitality and have initial experience in a similar role within a 4- or 5-star hotel, including people management and staff development. You are dynamic, proactive and service-oriented, maintain an excellent professional appearance, are available and attentive to guests’ needs. You demonstrate rigour, strong organisational skills, a collaborative spirit, meticulous attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.

Requisiti

Initial experience in a similar position within a 4- or 5-star hotel with team management and staff development experience. Professional appearance, availability, strong service orientation, rigour, excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, and close attention to detail.
