Position summary
The selected candidate will be part of the Housekeeping Department and, under the supervision of a mentor, will perform the following tasks:
- Support daily operations of the Housekeeping team.
- Help ensure cleanliness, order and adherence to quality standards.
- Verify the condition of guest rooms.
- Contribute to organising work priorities and promptly report any problems or needs to the supervisor.
- Work together with other hotel areas, such as Front Office and Maintenance, to guarantee smooth service for guests.
- Provide guests with a polite and welcoming reception.
Educational and technical requirements
- Degree in the humanities.
- Upper-intermediate level of English required.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.
