Role overview
The Data Analyst II will collect business requirements, design and implement EDWH/Data Lake data flows, perform data preparation, and build data marts and dashboards to present KPIs and insights.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Design and implement data ingestion and transformation flows on EDWH or Data Lake systems.
- Clean and prepare data to ensure reliable analyses.
- Implement and monitor data quality measures.
- Develop data models and marts for identified use cases.
- Work with visualization experts to deliver clear dashboards and reports.
Requirements
- Knowledge of the Italian language is required.
- Degree in a related field (Statistics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering).
- At least 2 years’ experience in EDWH transformation, modelling and analysis (Azure Synapse or Teradata preferred).
- Experience with Databricks or Snowflake is advantageous.
- Strong SQL and data modelling skills; Power BI is a plus.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Knowledge of insurance, telco, banking or utility processes is a plus.
- Good analytical and communication skills for stakeholder alignment.
Additional information
Salary (RAL): €36,000 - €48,500.
Work mode: Hybrid (office in Padua). Candidates must be based in European time zones (CEST or similar).
