We are looking for a motivated Group Product Manager for Rio Mare to join the Global Marketing team at Bolton Food. In this role you will lead the definition and execution of bold brand strategies across global markets and drive key product initiatives to accelerate business growth and strengthen category leadership for the Rio Mare brand.

Key responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy & Planning: define and develop the Strategic Marketing Plan for the Rio Mare portfolio using global insights to drive growth.
  • Annual Marketing Roadmap: develop and lead yearly plans to grow brand equity, market share and sales volume.
  • Innovation & Project Lead: coordinate product development from concept to launch, working with R&D, Local Marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure market success.
  • Business Analysis: monitor brand performance, market trends and P&L through data analysis (e.g., Nielsen/IRI) to optimize ROI.
  • Communication & Media: oversee 360° communication plans (ATL/BTL), managing activities from copy strategy to final production.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: manage relationships with external agencies and internal stakeholders across Sales, Trade and Finance.

Your team

This position reports to the Global Marketing Director – Rio Mare. You will manage 2 direct reports and work daily with internal teams across Marketing, Sales, Trade, R&D and Finance.

Profile & requirements

  • Education: degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  • Work experience: 6–8 years of progressive experience in Brand or Product Management with a strong FMCG background.
  • Technical skills: strategic thinking, project management, excellent analytical skills and experience with market data (Nielsen/IRI); experience managing complex product portfolios in the Italian market within a multinational structure.
  • Soft skills: proven experience in managing and developing a marketing team, delivering large-scale product launches, strong interpersonal and influencing skills to work with senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • Languages: fluent Italian and proficient English.
  • Digital literacy: high proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for business modelling and PowerPoint for executive presentations.

Requisiti
