You will lead the Dairy Product Development team and be accountable for the dairy product and project portfolio. As a business partner to the Meat & Dairy BU within the Global Protein Growth category, you will work across yoghurt, desserts, processed cheese, soft cheese and dairy specialties. You will partner with Sales to deliver market-ready innovations, drive cost reduction via raw-material optimisation, value engineering and simplification, and ensure continuity by qualifying alternatives and meeting regulatory and compliance needs. You will allocate resources and steer project execution to meet short-, medium- and long-term business priorities while managing internal and external partners with strong customer focus.

  • Deployment and governance: lead implementation of Global and BG R&D programmes, KPIs, processes and tools.
