Randstad Italia Spa is searching for a Billing Specialist to join a leading multinational in the Oil & Gas sector. This role is based in Florence and offers an initial 12-month contract with the possibility of direct hire by the company.

The successful candidate will work under direct supervision to ensure correct matching of field job data with job tickets, keep job records up to date in company systems, and support timely and accurate customer invoicing. Strong organization and attention to detail are essential, together with clear communication with internal teams to solve documentation issues.

Key responsibilities

  • Monitor and reconcile job tickets with field job data;
  • Maintain and update job information in Oracle (and SAP records where required);
  • Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and on time;
  • Enter and verify data in internal systems and software;
  • Ensure documentation accuracy and keep files organized and up to date;
  • Assist in preparing standard reports;
  • Communicate with internal teams to obtain or correct missing documentation;
  • Support additional assigned tasks and projects.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required);
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or related field strongly preferred;
  • Basic accounting knowledge; entry-level finance experience (1+ year) is a plus;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
  • Working knowledge of Oracle preferred; experience with SAP is a plus;
  • Strong attention to detail, good analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to organize work, prioritize tasks and manage multiple activities.

Compensation: RAL 32,000, CCNL Metalworking Industry.

Workplace: Florence; a hybrid smart-working model is available after completion of the initial onboarding and training phase.

Requisiti
