BNP Paribas Corporate & Institutional Banking – M&A – Internship – Milan

BNP Paribas CIB is looking for a new talent to join the M&A European Advisory Team as an intern. The role is designed for students or recent graduates and offers hands-on exposure to corporate finance transactions.
What we are looking for
- Education: Master’s degree in Economics or Master’s in Management Engineering (specialisation in Finance).
- Behavioural skills: high ethical standards, ability to work in a team, analytical mindset, proactivity, problem-solving attitude and strong motivation to achieve results.
- Technical skills: fluent English (written and spoken), financial modelling and valuation analysis, and good presentation skills. Previous internships in Investment Banking (M&A or Private Equity) are a plus.
Main responsibilities
- Conduct research and collect relevant market and company information.
- Prepare company profiles and presentation materials for both internal use and clients.
- Perform financial analysis and build financial models.
- Apply valuation techniques to support transaction work.

We advise corporate clients and financial sponsors on mergers, acquisitions, disposals and listings. The global M&A team includes over 400 professionals across EMEA, Asia‑Pacific and the Americas. The Italian team has grown significantly and is now among the leading players in the M&A market.

Requisiti
