Your mission: you are the energy of the front desk and the main point of contact for guests and colleagues. In this role you will lead and support Front Office Hosts, step in when needed, and ensure every arrival feels welcoming. You will keep operations flowing, detect issues that require action and boost team morale through hands-on leadership.

What you will do

  • Lead daily front desk operations and manage the team during your shift
  • Coach and support Front Office Hosts in real time
  • Greet guests, manage requests and turn small moments into excellent stays
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B and other teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Handle bookings, room availability, payments and routine administrative tasks
  • Identify opportunities to upsell rooms, local experiences and TSH outlets
  • Share guest feedback and propose improvements to service
  • Assist with onboarding new team members and foster a positive team atmosphere

What we are looking for

  • 1–3 years of experience as a front office supervisor or in a similar hospitality role
  • Solid knowledge of hospitality operations and a drive to raise standards
  • Warmth, confidence and strong interpersonal skills
  • Quick decision-making and effective problem-solving on the spot
  • The ability to stay calm and composed during busy periods
  • A commitment to coach and support colleagues
  • Comfort with modern hotel systems and a willingness to learn new tools
  • Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus

Starting salary: 25,355.14 € gross per year.

Requisiti

1–3 years experience in a front office supervisor or similar role; fluent in English and Italian; comfortable with modern hotel systems; strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
