The company has delivered numerous Elite Data Engineering projects and developed the modular platform Witboost. The Engineering team operates across Europe.
Role overview
We are hiring a pragmatic Data Analyst II to define and implement analytical solutions: from gathering stakeholder needs to building data flows and data marts on EDWHs or Data Lakes, and producing dashboards that surface KPIs and business insights. Solid SQL expertise and EDWH experience are essential.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications and usable implementations.
- Design and implement data flows on EDWH or Data Lake platforms, integrating required sources.
- Carry out data cleaning and preparation to ensure high-quality inputs for analyses.
- Implement data quality processes and monitoring to preserve data integrity.
- Build data models and marts suited to the use cases to enable accurate KPI calculation.
- Collaborate with visualization experts to produce effective dashboards and reports.
Requirements
- Knowledge of the Italian language is required.
- Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar.
- Minimum 2 years experience in transformation, modelling and analysis on EDWH systems (experience on Azure Synapse or Teradata is valued).
- Familiarity with Databricks or Snowflake is a plus.
- Advanced SQL skills and understanding of data modelling and visualization; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
- Good command of Python.
- Knowledge of processes in insurance, telco, banking or utilities is advantageous.
- Strong ability to map business needs into data models and KPIs and to maintain clear stakeholder communication.
Additional information
Salary (RAL): €36,000 - €48,500.
Work mode: Hybrid (office in Milan). Only candidates based in European time zones (CEST or similar) will be considered.

Requisiti
Knowledge of Italian; degree in relevant field; 2+ years EDWH experience (Azure Synapse/Teradata preferred); SQL and Python proficiency; Databricks/Snowflake and Power BI as plus; domain knowledge in insurance/telco/banking/utilities; strong stakeholder communication.
