About Experimental Roma

Opening in October 2026 on Via Ludovisi near Via Veneto, Experimental Roma is set in a converted bank redesigned by Rodolphe Parente to capture the spirit of la dolce vita. The property will include 82 rooms, a restaurant, a bar and a rooftop with a suspended pool offering panoramic views of Rome.

Role overview — Breakfast Attendant

As a Breakfast Attendant you will ensure an excellent morning experience for guests by preparing, maintaining and presenting the breakfast offering, delivering courteous service and keeping the breakfast areas clean and organised.

  • Buffet preparation and setup: arrange the breakfast buffet to hotel standards, set guest tables, prepare hot and cold drinks (coffee, tea, juices), replenish items during service and check the freshness and quality of everything served.

  • Culinary preparation: prepare simple in-house items (cakes, crepes, muffins), cook or reheat pastries, bread and eggs as needed and follow hygiene and food safety procedures.

  • Guest service: welcome guests politely and professionally, respond to specific requests to ensure guest satisfaction and clear and clean tables after guests leave.

  • Cleaning and organisation: maintain and sanitise the buffet area and breakfast dining room, care for kitchen equipment and manage stock, reporting replenishment needs.

Working conditions: early-morning shifts, prolonged standing and handling of light loads such as plates and trays.

About you

You are passionate about hospitality, ideally with some prior experience and ready to work autonomously. You communicate easily with colleagues and guests and are professional in both Italian and English.

Requisiti

Ideally some prior experience in hotels or restaurants; knowledge of food hygiene standards (HACCP); ability to work early mornings, autonomously and to communicate professionally in Italian and English.
