Responsibilities

You will be accountable for leading, organizing, motivating and managing a geo‑diverse team using Agile practices to deliver high-quality products that meet established success criteria. You will report to the Project Management Director and frequently wear multiple hats, acting as business analyst, scrum master, software tester, liaison, data analyst, product manager, coach and project manager as needed.

Your expertise

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Manager or Scrum Master roles
• Proven experience managing projects in an Agile environment
• Solid understanding of Agile project management principles and ability to adapt them to new business contexts
• Experience leading, mentoring and providing daily feedback to develop your team
• Track record of facilitating, mentoring, collaborating and building Agile teams

We’d also like to hear about experience with:

• Degrees, certifications or awards/recognition
• Project management tools: Azure DevOps, Jira, Workfront, Rally, Clarizen, Asana
• Flow diagramming tools: LucidChart, Visio, etc.
• UX/UI mockup and prototyping tools: Balsamiq, Sketch, PowerPoint, etc.
• Maintaining team and divisional metrics to build performing teams
