Descrizione della Posizione Lavorativa

Join us in Genoa as IT Product Manager – Property Management Systems and take full responsibility for a core IT product within our onboard ecosystem. In this role you will define the product vision, guide its evolution and ensure it supports daily ship operations, guest experience, operational efficiency and business continuity across the fleet.

Role and responsibilities

You will act as the functional owner of the Property Management System (PMS), guaranteeing a clear product direction aligned with business priorities and consistent requirements, solutions and releases.

From business needs to scalable solutions: you will collaborate with demand owners, onboard teams and corporate stakeholders to understand operational processes in depth and convert complex needs into structured, implementable functional specifications.

Delivery governance and ecosystem coordination: you will lead initiatives along the full delivery lifecycle — from requirement definition to release — coordinating internal IT teams, software factories and external vendors to secure quality, timelines and expected outcomes in a multi‑stakeholder environment.

What makes you unique

  • Solid experience in IT Product Management or Senior IT Project Management, preferably on complex, mission‑critical systems.
  • Proven ability to operate as a bridge between business and technology with a strong Business Analysis / Product Owner mindset.
  • Experience managing vendors and distributed delivery teams, ensuring accountability and execution excellence.
  • Good knowledge of application lifecycle, functional testing and UAT, with hands‑on involvement in solution validation.
  • Comfortable working in international and complex operational contexts and fluent in English.
  • Availability to spend time onboard for analysis, validation and operational support activities.
  • Experience with PMS, hospitality or onboard systems is a strong plus.

Open‑term, full‑time, hybrid based in Genoa with periodic onboard activities.

Requisiti

Consolidata esperienza in IT Product Management o Senior IT Project Management su sistemi mission‑critical; capacità di fare da ponte tra business e tecnologia con forte attitudine Business Analysis/Product Owner; esperienza nella gestione di vendor e team distribuiti; conoscenza del ciclo di vita applicativo, testing funzionale e UAT; inglese fluente; disponibilità a trascorrere periodi a bordo per attività di analisi, validazione e supporto. Esperienza con PMS o sistemi hospitality è considerata un plus.
