Role overview

The Business Product Manager helps ensure Soldo’s expanding set of spend-management solutions are well understood, effectively launched and adopted by customers and commercial teams. You will work closely with Product Management, Solutions Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to convert Soldo’s Product Value Framework and Solutions Architecture into clear launch narratives, enablement materials, customer-facing content and product thought leadership. Your role is to explain the value of new product capabilities, group product developments into meaningful launches and support commercial teams to understand what changes, why it matters and how to communicate it.

Key responsibilities

  • Launch communication & positioning: organise product work into thematic launches, translate releases into value-focused messaging, act as the liaison between Solutions Marketing and Product, and prepare internal release notes for Sales.
  • Content & product thought leadership: own and maintain sales content (decks, solution libraries, battlecards, pricing/packaging materials), support website product framing, and produce thought leadership such as whitepapers, solutions architecture docs and product vision pieces. Represent Soldo at events and create digital thought leadership (e.g. LinkedIn).
  • Sales enablement & customer engagement: run onboarding and training sessions for Solution Consultants, Onboarding Specialists and Customer Success teams; manage Customer Advisory Board and User Group content and events; present and host these engagements and share post-event insights.

Must have

  • Experience in product strategy, strategic product marketing, solutions strategy or a commercially-oriented product role within a B2B SaaS company or consulting organisation.
  • Strong knowledge of Mid‑Market and Enterprise customer environments and buying dynamics.
  • Ability to translate customer problems, product capabilities and commercial value into clear narratives, enablement materials and customer-facing content.
  • Experience supporting product or solution launches, including launch narratives, release communications, sales enablement and go-to-market readiness.
  • Excellent storytelling, writing and presentation skills; comfortable as a subject matter expert in customer meetings, events, Customer Advisory Boards and analyst engagements.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to link product capabilities to customer outcomes, value drivers and ROI conversations.
  • Enough product and technical fluency to work credibly with Product teams and translate releases into customer-facing value.
  • Experience in spend management, procurement, finance automation or Office of the CFO software is highly desirable.

Requisiti

Experience in product strategy, strategic product marketing, solutions strategy or a commercially-oriented product role within B2B SaaS or consulting; strong understanding of Mid‑Market and Enterprise buying dynamics; proven ability to create launch narratives, enablement materials and thought leadership; excellent writing and presentation skills; commercial orientation and sufficient technical fluency. Experience in spend management/finance automation is highly desirable.
