Role summary: As a Chef de Partie you will oversee a specific kitchen station and its team, ensuring consistently high standards of food preparation to deliver excellent experiences for Guests and Members, while supporting food cost control.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensure all food preparation meets the required standards and present dishes to a high quality.
- Prepare and organise all necessary mis-en-place for the relevant menus.
- Supervise and coach staff on your station, motivating the team and supporting their training in line with company procedures.
- Maintain clean and tidy working areas, preventing cross-contamination and reporting any hygiene or maintenance issues.
- Support positive and timely outcomes for guest queries and liaise constructively with other departments as needed.
- Help control food costs, contribute to improving gross profit margins and achieve departmental financial targets.
- Comply with hotel security, fire, health & safety and food safety legislation, and act in an environmentally aware manner.
What we look for:
- At least 2 years' experience in a Chef de Partie role or strong experience as a Demi Chef de Partie.
- A current, valid and relevant commercial cookery qualification (proof may be required).
- Supervisory experience with strong coaching ability and the desire to motivate teams.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude, able to work under pressure and independently or as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications such as NVQ Level 3 and a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate are expected.
- Knowledge of current food trends and intermediate food hygiene would be advantageous.

Requisiti
Minimum 2 years' experience as Chef de Partie (or strong Demi Chef de Partie experience); valid trade commercial cookery qualification; NVQ Level 3; Basic Food Hygiene Certificate; supervisory experience; strong coaching and communication skills. Language required: Italian.
