About us

Experimental is known for having introduced cocktail bar culture to Paris in 2007 and has since evolved into a group of creative cocktail bars and boutique hotels across Europe and beyond. Destinations include major capitals such as Rome, Paris and London, seasonal spots like Comporta, Ibiza and Menorca, and mountain resorts including Verbier and Val d’Isère. The group also operates venues in Porto, Venice, New York, Biarritz and the Cotswolds, each combining design, creativity and high-quality service.

About Experimental Roma

Opening in mid-2026 on Via Ludovisi (just off Via Veneto), Experimental Roma will be a cinematic new destination. Converted from a former bank and redesigned by Rodolphe Parente, the hotel will embody la dolce vita with an elegant, timeless Italian style. The property will offer 82 rooms, a restaurant, a bar and a spectacular rooftop with a suspended pool and expansive views over Rome. Join Experimental to be part of this opening where creativity and hospitality come together on the Roman scene.
