About the role

We are seeking a motivated Guest Services Intern to join Four Seasons Hotel Firenze from September 2026 for a six-month placement. The intern will support daily guest operations by assisting with guest transportation, welcoming arrivals and handling departures, managing luggage and running errands. The role also includes maintaining high standards of cleanliness in guest areas, supporting the Reception and Concierge teams and responding to a variety of guest requests to deliver personalized, seamless service.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests and deliver luggage to rooms at check-in; collect luggage at departure.
• Conduct all guest interactions with professionalism, addressing special requests accurately and promptly.
• Assist guests with enquiries about hotel services, opening hours, key personnel, events and directions.
• Provide directions, suggestions and information about the city and its attractions.
• Support shoeshine service: pick up shoes from guest rooms, clean and polish them and return to guests.
• Ensure the luggage storage room and guest areas are kept to a high standard of cleanliness.
• Assist with additional Front Office tasks as required.

What we are looking for

• Genuine passion for service and delivering authentic guest experiences.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude.
• Proficiency in Italian and English (reading, writing and speaking).
• Valid driving license is required.

Schedule & additional requirements

This is a full-time internship starting in September 2026 for a six-month period. Applicants must have valid legal authorization to work in Italy at the time of application.
