Role and responsibilities

The Product Manager will provide operational support to the Strategic Business Field Manager across the entire product life cycle. Main duties include:

  • Analysis, planning and implementation of new products and support of existing ones, contributing to product and marketing strategies.
  • Preparation of product and sales presentations.
  • Sales performance analysis (value, volume and margin contribution).
  • Support for specific areas of SBUs (product groups).
  • Participation in developing positioning, product concepts and marketing plans for each product line.
  • Entry of orders and billing accounts.
  • Creation of new product articles and sales articles in SAP.
  • Operational support and active participation in ongoing projects related to product innovation.

Profile

  • Degree in business, ideally with a focus on marketing.
  • 1–2 years of professional experience in a comparable role is desirable.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Italian (knowledge of German is an advantage).
  • High motivation, flexibility, resilience and the ability to work independently.
  • Good organisational and coordination skills; ability to work in a team and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiasm for consumer goods marketing in general, and especially for luxury foods and brands.

Requisiti

Degree in business (ideally marketing); 1–2 years in a similar role preferred; fluency in English and Italian (German desirable); strong organisational and coordination skills; ability to work independently and in teams; enthusiasm for consumer goods and luxury food brands.
