About the role
The Front Desk Operations Intern will obtain practical experience in hotel operations, with a strong focus on developing guest service skills and learning the processes that govern front desk activities in a lively hospitality setting.
Main responsibilities
- Greet guests and manage check-in and check-out procedures, offering information about the property and the local area.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to queries in a professional manner.
- Register guests and keep accurate guest records and documentation.
- Reply to online reviews to promote positive guest engagement and address feedback.
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the hotel.
