Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel (part of Marriott International) is seeking a Guest Experience Intern to join its modern, authentic hospitality team at the newest luxury lifestyle hotel in Milan.

The intern will report to the Front Desk Manager and will assist both front desk and guest services activities. This is a full-time role (5 days per week, 2 days off) with an expected start in June 2026.

About the hotel

Located near the iconic Teatro alla Scala, Casa Brera expresses Milan’s evocative spirit and the character of the Brera neighbourhood. Designed by Patricia Urquiola, the property features 101 guestrooms and 15 suites, including the Milanese Suite, and offers dining and leisure experiences such as the rooftop restaurant and sky bar Etereo, a rooftop pool, breakfast and classic Milanese aperitivo.

The team aims to craft distinctive guest experiences that connect visitors with Milanese cultural and culinary heritage in a welcoming and inclusive environment.

Internship objectives and main activities

  • Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs in line with LQA and Marriott standards.
  • Support payment verification and billing accuracy using Opera.
  • Answer and manage internal and external calls, record guest requests and coordinate guest services.
  • Help manage guest chats and cases via Marriott internal tools.
  • Provide accurate information about the hotel, its services and local attractions.
  • Coordinate special guest requests, wake-up calls and in-room dining orders.
  • Facilitate communication between departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in handling guest complaints and support problem resolution under supervision.

Candidate requirements

  • Warm, people-oriented attitude and a team-first approach.
  • Positive, outgoing personality with flexibility and strong multi-tasking ability.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication in English and at least intermediate Italian (written and spoken).
