Evoca Group is a leading global manufacturer of professional coffee and vending machines with over 90 years of experience. Its broad brand portfolio supplies around 10,000 customers across hotels, restaurants, offices and public spaces.

Opportunity

We are hiring a Digital Product Manager to act as a bridge between markets, internal teams and external technology partners, contributing to the definition, development and lifecycle management of integrated digital services embedded in our products.

Key responsibilities

  • Digital Product & Service Management: help define strategy for telemetry services, connectivity platforms and cashless payment solutions; manage the product lifecycle including maintenance, evolution and new features; support integration of digital services within hardware and software ecosystems.
  • Market & Customer Insight: perform market and competitive analysis on digital services, IoT platforms and payment technologies; gather and translate market needs into functional requirements; collaborate with regional markets to capture customer expectations and opportunities.
  • Business & R&D Alignment: act as the primary interface between markets and R&D for digital service requirements; convert market and business needs into product and system requirements; support definition of technical specifications, digital architectures and integration needs.
  • User Experience & Service Design: contribute to UX/UI definition for digital services and applications; support user journey mapping and service design to enhance digital interactions across the product ecosystem.
  • Partner & Vendor Management: serve as first point of contact for external technology partners; collaborate to define technical specifications, integration requirements and service capabilities.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Digital Technologies, Business or a related field.
  • Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital product management, service management or comparable roles.
  • Experience with digital platforms, connected products or IoT ecosystems and working with technical teams and external technology partners.

Nice to have

  • Experience with IoT architectures, telemetry data management and connected devices in industrial or B2B contexts.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity and data privacy principles for connected services.
  • Experience in international environments and previous roles in manufacturing, industrial or food & beverage sectors.
