Are you passionate about marketing, product and design in every form? We are seeking an analytical, organised and creative person to join the Global Marketing Team as a Product Manager, ready to engage with all phases of the product life cycle at an international level.
Responsibilities
- Operational support to the Strategic Business Field Manager for the analysis, planning and launch of new products and for the maintenance of existing ones.
- Support in the definition and implementation of product and marketing strategies.
- Preparation and development of product and sales presentations.
- Analysis of sales performance including value, volume and margin contribution.
- Support for specific areas of SBUs (product groups).
- Participation in developing positioning, product concepts and marketing plans for each product line.
- Entry of orders and billing accounts.
- Creation of new product articles and sales articles in SAP.
- Operational support and active participation in ongoing projects within the product innovation process.
Qualifications
- Degree in business at university level, ideally with a focus on marketing.
- 1–2 years of professional experience in a comparable role is desirable.
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Italian (knowledge of German is an advantage).
- High motivation, flexibility, resilience and ability to work independently.
- Good organisational and coordination skills, ability to work in a team and strong interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiasm for consumer goods marketing, particularly for luxury foods and brands.

Requisiti
Degree in business (preferably marketing); ideally 1–2 years in a comparable role; fluency in English and Italian (German is a plus); high motivation, flexibility, resilience and ability to work independently; good organisational and coordination skills; teamworking and interpersonal abilities; enthusiasm for consumer goods marketing, especially luxury foods and brands.
