We are seeking a team member who is eligible under Article 1 of Italian Law 68/99 and is registered with the targeted employment placement service in the Province of Cosenza.
As a Staff Support team member you will provide administrative, organisational and operational assistance across different corporate functions, collaborating with several teams and developing a broad set of professional skills.

Working hours: Part-time, 21 hours per week
Contract: 6-month fixed-term contract
Provide administrative support to internal teams.
Support office organisation and manage documentation.
Perform back-office activities.
Assist the Tender Office in preparing administrative documentation.
Deliver operational support for key business processes.
Eligibility under Article 1 of Italian Law 68/99 and registration with the targeted employment placement service.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Good organisational and interpersonal skills; accuracy and attention to detail.
Proactive attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.
Previous experience, even brief, in administration, office support or back-office activities is a plus.
Flat structures and teamwork rather than strict hierarchies.
Low bureaucracy and a strong sense of responsibility.
