Position overview: A Concierge Intern is needed to join the summer 2026 team at Jumeirah Capri Palace in Anacapri. The role involves learning the concierge function and supporting the department in daily guest-service activities.
- Welcome and assist guests by offering tailored information, suggestions and help with reservations, transport and local attractions, ensuring prompt and professional service.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing needs thoroughly and contributing to an exceptional overall experience.
- Stay informed on local events, dining options, cultural activities and partner services to provide personalized and memorable recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with Front Office, Guest Services, Housekeeping and other departments to guarantee seamless communication and a smooth guest journey.
- Follow daily procedures and uphold the brand's service standards while working at the concierge desk.
- Maintain organisation of the concierge desk and assist in managing required supplies and materials.
- Support quality improvement by contributing to guest feedback collection and participating in team initiatives for continual enhancement.
- Represent the hotel professionally by maintaining an appropriate appearance and demeanor in all guest interactions.
