Join Jumeirah Capri Palace as a Concierge Intern for the summer season 2026. This role offers hands-on learning within the concierge department and involves supporting all desk activities to help deliver outstanding guest service.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests by offering personalised information, recommendations and support with reservations, transport and local attractions, ensuring prompt and professional service.
- Ensure guest needs are fully met to contribute to an exceptional overall stay.
- Keep up to date with local events, dining options and cultural activities as well as partner services to create tailored and memorable experiences for guests.
- Work closely with Front Office, Guest Services, Housekeeping and other departments to maintain smooth communication and a seamless guest journey.
- Follow daily operational procedures and uphold the brand's service standards at the concierge desk.
- Maintain the concierge desk, organising supplies and materials and supporting their management.
- Support the collection of guest feedback and participate in team-led continuous improvement initiatives.
- Present a professional appearance and attitude, acting as an ambassador for the hotel in every interaction.
About you
- Academic background relevant to the position (studies in progress are acceptable).
- Proficient in Italian and fluent in English; an additional language is an advantage.
- Attention to detail and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
