Your mission: Be the energising centre of the front desk — supervise and support the Front Office Hosts, step in when needed and make each guest arrival feel welcoming. You keep operations flowing, notice what needs attention and uplift the team with positive leadership, while helping to create memorable guest moments and developing your own leadership and hospitality skills.

We combine hotel rooms, student accommodation, coworking and event spaces, gyms, bars and restaurants to offer diverse short- and long-stay experiences across multiple European locations. What you’ll do
- Lead daily front desk operations and supervise the team during your shift
- Coach, support and motivate Front Office Hosts in real time
- Welcome guests, manage requests and create positive guest experiences
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B and other teams to ensure smooth service
- Handle bookings, room availability, payments and administrative tasks
- Identify opportunities to upsell rooms, local experiences and venue outlets
- Collect and communicate guest feedback to improve service
- Assist with onboarding new colleagues and help maintain a fun, supportive atmosphere
What you’ll have
- 1–3 years’ experience as a front office supervisor or in a similar hospitality role
- Solid knowledge of hospitality operations and a desire to grow
- Confidence, warmth and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to act quickly and resolve issues on the spot
- A calm, steady presence during busy periods
- A passion for coaching and supporting others
- Familiarity with modern hotel systems and eagerness to learn new tools
- Fluency in English and Italian (additional languages are a plus)

Starting salary: €25,355.14 gross per year

Requisiti
1–3 years experience in a front office supervisor role (or similar); strong hospitality knowledge; confident, warm interpersonal skills; quick problem-solving and calmness under pressure; comfortable with modern hotel systems; fluent in English and Italian.
