As an Apple Channel Store Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting sales, merchandising and store operations within a partner reseller location, helping to increase product knowledge, brand visibility and sales by building strong relationships with partner staff and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Apple inside a single partner store and foster strong customer relationships with our brand.
• Share detailed knowledge of Apple products directly with customers and work closely with partner staff to create new product owners.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience by demonstrating products, accessories and services both individually and in groups.
• Proactively identify opportunities to increase awareness among new and existing customers and encourage adoption of the Apple platform.
• Ensure all Apple fixtures, product displays and merchandising elements meet Apple standards and are properly maintained.
• Perform daily care and inspections per guidelines and escalate issues to secure timely resolutions.
• Train and influence partner staff to advocate for Apple and promote sales success.
• Work schedule: 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as required by business needs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• Passion for helping customers and partners understand how Apple technology can enrich lives.
• Curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning; eagerness to share knowledge.
• Outstanding customer focus and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to educate and inspire others and build trusted relationships at a single point of sale.
• Fluency in Italian and ability to communicate in English.

Benefits

• Base pay range: €29,600–€39,400 per year (corresponding to a full-time equivalent).
• Eligibility for discretionary Apple equity participation programs; potential discretionary bonuses or commissions and possible relocation assistance.

Requisiti

Minimum of 2 years of related experience; passion for customer service; excellent communication skills; ability to train and build relationships; fluency in Italian and ability to communicate in English.
