We are seeking a professional with solid experience in managing teams who can plan and coordinate daily tasks, lead staff, handle conflicts effectively and ensure that every employee performs their duties in line with the hotel’s procedures and standards.
Essential requirements:
- Fluent in Italian and English.
- Proven experience in managing and leading teams, preferably within the hospitality sector.
- Strong leadership, organizational and decision-making abilities.
- Responsible and proactive attitude with the authority and confidence to coordinate staff efficiently.
We offer:
- Salary: €2,200 net per month (depending on experience).
- Location: position based at our hotel on Lake Como, Italy (Tremezzo).
- Employment type: seasonal (March–October) with the possibility of working in winter depending on hotel occupancy.
